Shipping and Delivery Policy for Kavitha Enterprises

Shipping Time:
Our standard shipping time is 2-5 working days. Please note that this does not include Sundays and Public holidays.

Courier Partners:
We use all the reputed courier companies like Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC, Anjani Courier, India Post, etc. Your packets will be sent through any of the aforementioned couriers depending upon availability and timely delivery.

Unforeseen Delays:
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances of the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customers, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery.

Incorrect Address or Non-availability:
If your order is returned back to us due to an incorrect address or non-availability of the customer, the packet will be resent only if you pay the shipping charges again. Alternatively, if you wish for a refund, in that case, the shipping charges will be deducted (whether we are the bearer or you are).
